Let’s be real—life’s messy, healing is hard, and nervous systems are out here doing the absolute most. I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve walked through the fire, and now I help others find their way through the smoke. That’s what led me to create Seattle Stillness.

You don’t have to be in recovery to benefit from this work (though if you are, welcome—I see you). We all carry stuff. Old stories. Triggers. Patterns we didn’t sign up for. My job is to help you come back to yourself, drop the bullshit, and maybe even feel a little safer in your body while doing it.

Whether we work together or you’re just passing through—thank you. Seriously. Stay curious, and clarity will come. And if not? Breathe and let that shit go.

So, what is Seattle Stillness?
Seattle Stillness brings science-backed, trauma-informed breathwork into treatment centers and private sessions. I use Polyvagal Theory (the good nerdy stuff) to help you regulate your nervous system, soften your stress responses, and build resilience without bypassing the hard shit.

This is not just breathwork for Instagram. This is deep, body-based work to help you:

  • Connect to it

  • Feel what’s there

We work with:

  • Breathwork – For when talking ain’t cutting it and you need to exhale some demons.

  • Somatic Inquiry – Tune into your body like it actually knows something. Spoiler: it does.

  • Yoga & Intuitive Movement – Move how your body wants to move, not how it “should.”

At its core, Seattle Stillness is about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be. It’s about peeling back the layers—gently, with humor and heart—and learning to sit with yourself, triggers and all, without flinching.

Because you don’t have to hold it all together. You just have to be willing to show up.
